Gichangi Estate Aa
Summary
Gichangi Estate AA is a single-origin coffee from Kirinyaga, Kenya, grown on the southern slopes of Mt Kenya by Gichangi Estate. From the SL28 variety at 1600–1800 masl and processed by the traditional Kenyan washed method, it is the estate's largest, most uniform AA screen grade. The cup is structured and savoury with redcurrant and blackcurrant acidity, a full body, and a distinctive umami depth that unfolds as the coffee cools.
