Las Amapolas is a washed-process, SHB EP specialty Arabica coffee from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Guatemala, near the Mexican border. Grown by small and medium-sized farms at 1350–2000 meters above sea level, it is a selection of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon and Catuai varieties. The cup is smooth, clean and balanced, with a full dark chocolate base, juicy blackberry, ripe grape, and bright citrus freshness.
