Kenya Ndundu

Summary

Kenya Ndundu is a washed coffee from the Kiganjo region of Kenya, sourced from the Ndundu Factory washing station. It is made up of SL-28 and SL-34 varieties grown at 2000 meters altitude by cooperative smallholder members. The coffee undergoes a fully washed process with handpicked cherries, fermentation in concrete tanks, and drying on raised beds. SL-28 contributes sweet, complex flavours with vinous undertones while SL-34 adds full body and pleasant acidity.
