Grown at 1500 meters elevation, it undergoes a proprietary Double Diamond Anaerobic Natural process with raised bed drying. This light roast offers tasting notes of blackberry, fruity, cocoa, and wine-toned flavors with bright, juicy acidity and a creamy mouthfeel. It scored 95 points from Coffee Review and won a 2026 Good Food Award.
