Äthiopien Refisa Natural (filter)
Summary
This Ethiopian coffee comes from the West Arsi zone in the Oromia region, grown at altitudes above 2200 meters. The beans are sourced from Testi Coffee, a family-owned company that operates post-harvest stations in southern Ethiopia. This particular lot was processed at the Refisa station in Nensebo, where over 600 certified organic farmers deliver their cherries. The coffee is processed using the natural method, where whole cherries are sun-dried. It offers flavor notes of blueberry, lemon, and lavender, and is roasted for filter brewing.
