Summary
A specialty Geisha coffee from Don Pepe Estate in Boquete, Panama, produced by the fifth-generation Vasquez-Flores Family. Grown on the slopes of the Barú volcano at 1500-2000m altitude in volcanic soils. Washed processing highlights the natural elegance of the Geisha variety. Flavour notes of rose, bergamot, fruits, and guava with medium-high acidity, medium body, and high sweetness. Roasted in an Omni Light profile by World Vice Champion roaster Bogdan Georgescu, recommended especially for filter brewing.
