Marlon Bolaños Ají
Summary
Coffee from Marlon Bolaños' farm The Three Brothers, managed with his brothers Hemerson and Pedro in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. The Ají variety was washed with a short 12-hour fermentation in tanks after depulping. The cup is notably fruity, with cream soda and pineapple qualities and a gentle sage-like herbality on cooling.
