Ethiopian washed coffee from the Danche washing station in Chelbesa, Gedeb, owned by Habtamu Fikadu Aga of Kuri Mountain Coffee. Kurume and Dega landrace varieties grown by smallholder farmers on garden plots, depulped and given a submerged fermentation of 48-72 hours, washed, then a second 12-hour submerged fermentation before drying 10-12 days on raised beds. Cup profile is juicy and nectarous peach with buttery body and elderflower florals.
