They roast Monday through Wednesday and ship Thursdays, keeping the turnaround tight. Their monthly subscription delivers two unique light roast coffees plus a physical zine for those who like to read while they sip. Current offerings include washed Kenyans from the Gitwe Farmer's Coop and Peruvians from the El Morito producer group in Cajamarca — with profiles landing notes of redcurrant, mango, honey melon, and orange jam. They're transparent about processing, calling out extended fermentations and traditional double soaks. No cafe that we know of. Just carefully sourced beans from a roastery that clearly cares where its coffee comes from.
