The coffee undergoes a washed process with 100-hour fermentation, regular water changes every 24 hours, and 15 days on African drying beds with frequent turning. Flavour profile includes notes of tangerine, iced tea, and brown sugar, with fruity characteristics, high sweetness, syrupy body, medium acidity, and full body.
