Taste profile
I made a cold brew with it: I ground 100 grams, added 1 liter of water, and let it steep for 24 hours. For my first cup, I used 2 dl of the concentrate and added 2 dl of water. The end result was an exceptionally well-balanced drink that leans slightly toward the sweet side, with detectable notes of caramel and maple syrup. It’s pleasantly refreshing overall, and since I really like the taste, I’ll definitely be buying this blend again. My 4-star rating isn't because the coffee isn't good, it's more that I still need to find the right grind setting, as well as the right brew time and amount, to make it truly excellent.
