Single-origin coffee from Finca Soledad in Ecuador's Imbabura Province, produced by Pepe Jijón. Sidra variety processed as Wave Purple Honey, with 4–5 day wild yeast fermentation in sealed tanks, controlled-temperature dehydration, and stabilization in GrainPro bags. The cup is fruit-forward with juicy pineapple, candy, bright pomegranate syrup, and fresh orange peel. Light roast, cupping score 90.
