Summary
Gera is a single-origin specialty coffee from L'Arbre à Café's own Golden Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 2100m altitude. Processed using the traditional natural method, it offers a complex aromatic profile with notes of yellow fruits (peach, apricot, William pear), red fruits (summer raspberry, Mara de bois strawberry), and sweet spices (turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon). Medium roasted and suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Cultivated using biodynamic and organic practices on a 70-hectare forest farm with 25 hectares co-planted with indigenous coffee varieties.
