Colombia Aponte
Summary
Colombia Aponte is a filter single origin from the Aponte community of small producers in the Nariño region of Colombia, grown at 1700-1800 m. The Caturra varietal undergoes honey processing, preserving the fruit's natural sweetness and giving the coffee a soft, rounded texture. The cup shows notes of dried fruit, ripe stone fruit and caramel, with a full, smooth and harmonious character. SCA score 86. Recommended for pour-over brewing.
