Blue

OriginIndia, South America

Summary

Blue is a blend of South American coffee and Indian Monsoon Arabica. The Indian beans are harvested and sun-dried, then exposed to humid, warm and salty monsoon air, which makes them swell, change color and develop a distinctive, low-acidity flavor profile.
