Summary

Colombia Excelso is a light roast, 100% Arabica coffee from the Risaralda region of western Colombia. Sourced from ten smallholder farmers belonging to the Asoapia association, who practice sustainable, chemical-free farming. Grown at 1600-1900 meters above sea level, the coffee is hand-harvested, dry fermented for 16-24 hours, then washed before drying. Tasting notes include orange, citrus, and honey, with a medium body, balanced sweetness, and fresh acidity. Suitable for both espresso and filter preparation.
