Summary
Esko is an espresso blend from Guatemala, produced by the Primavera Family farm. It is a regional blend created from coffees of 16 farmers to support them during low harvest seasons. The coffee features Bourbon, Catuai, and Caturra varieties, processed using the washed method. Coffee cherries are depulped, fermented for 18-24 hours, washed, and dried on concrete patios or raised beds. Flavor profile includes white grapes, summer apple, marzipan pralines, and yellow plums with a balanced, light body, sweetness, and pleasant acidity.
