Washed coffee from the Sambewe AMCOS cooperative in the Mbozi region of Tanzania. The cooperative consists of 442 producers. Cherries are sorted and dried on raised beds, mixed every two hours during the first 10 days, and dried for 24-30 days depending on weather and humidity. Cup profile features molasses, orange, and red fruits. Varieties: N 39 and KP 423, grown at 1616 masl.
