The estate is managed by brothers Gustavo and Rodrigo Alvarenga under Artefato Cafés Especiais. This Red Catuai lot undergoes experimental anaerobic fermentation, resulting in a fruity and vibrant cup with notes of papaya, raspberry, and milk chocolate. Certified carbon negative and carrying a Designation of Origin seal from the Cerrado Coffee Growers Federation.
