Danche Bio
Summary
Danche Bio is a single-origin, organic naturally processed coffee from the Gedeo highlands of Ethiopia. Grown by around 400 smallholder farmers at 2000–2300 meters elevation, cherries are processed at the Danche Washing Station by SNAP COFFEE. The coffee is handpicked, sorted, fermented underwater for 72 hours, and sun-dried on raised beds for 8–20 days. It delivers a cup with notes of strawberry, raspberry, and sugar peach, with a full-bodied, sticky, and fruity profile. Roasted light by Keen Coffee, suitable for both filter and espresso.
