A delicate, soft and sweet decaffeinated coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by over 20 dedicated producers around Pitalito, Acevedo and Palestina. Varieties include Caturra, Castillo and Pink Bourbon. Processed using the EA (Ethyl Acetate) sugar cane method at the Descafecol facility, which removes 99.7% of caffeine while preserving flavour. Tasting notes of caramel, chocolate and dried fruit with a soft acidity and long pleasant finish.
