A washed coffee from Rwanda, sourced from 480 local smallholder farmers who deliver cherries to the Cyiya washing station in the Kirimbi area of Nyamasheke. The Red Bourbon variety is processed using a washed method with floating selection, depulping, fermentation, washing, and soaking, followed by careful sorting on pre-drying tables and raised-bed drying with regular turning. The cup profile offers notes of Williams pear, chamomile, and flower honey.
