Summary

Ethiopian washed coffee from the Chelelektu washing station in the Kochere district of Yirgacheffe, grown at 1900-2200 m by 363 local smallholder farmers. The lot combines indigenous heirloom varieties with JARC 74112 and was processed by the traditional washed method: depulping, fermentation, washing and drying. Cup profile of lemon peel, jasmine and black tea.
