Brasil Monte Verde

Kávékalmár (that's 'Coffee Merchant' in Hungarian) is a specialty coffee roaster based in Szentendre, Hungary, just north of Budapest. They roast fresh every week — order by Tuesday evening, they roast on Wednesday, and it ships out Thursday. That kind of cadence tells you they're serious about freshness, not inventory. They carry single origins, a nice cascara option, and gear from Flair, Fellow, and Acaia for the home setup crowd. They also work with Italian partners (Belardi) and supply hospitality spots around Hungary. No cafe of their own that we can see, but they've built a solid little operation with a clear philosophy: roast often, roast fresh, and get the beans to you before the week's out.
