A single-origin organic coffee from Fazenda Jacaranda in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The farm has been producing organic coffee since 1992 and is run by Cassio Franco Moreira. Processed using the natural method. Grown at 1100-1250 meters altitude. Varieties include Bourbon, Catuai, Mundo Novo, Icatu, and Catucai. Flavour notes of blueberry jam and milk chocolate. Described as super sweet, soft, fruity, and chocolatey with creamy body, balanced jammy acidity, and cocoa finish. Suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
