Colombia Cauca Castillo Single Origin Espresso
Summary
A washed Castillo single origin espresso from the Cauca region of southwestern Colombia, grown by neighboring smallholder farmers at 1600-1900 m and processed with our partners at Banexport. Castillo, introduced to Colombian farmers in 2005, is prized for its resilience against coffee leaf rust. Dried on patio and raised beds, it shines as espresso with notes of sweet orange, prune and dried cherry.
