The farm sits atop a mountain with views over the Laboyos Valley, with ideal climate for coffee production. This lot underwent a 200-hour anaerobic berry fermentation followed by a traditional washed process. The coffee is aromatic, complex, and lively, with characteristic fruity, almost candy-like notes reminiscent of fruity candy, watermelon, and peach iced tea.
