Huracán Coffee, a specialty roaster out of Lithuania, was named World's Best Roaster 2025 at the Global Coffee Awards. They're sourcing single-origin beans from farms across Bolivia, Peru, Kenya, and beyond—think juicy, structured coffees from the Los Rodriguez family in Samaipata or red plum sweetness from Peru. They also make Huracán Scout, a specialty instant coffee made from nothing but concentrated coffee (campfire-friendly, airplane-flex-appropriate). Their roasting factory in Lithuania keeps things fresh, and a subscription program means you never run out. Barista Simona Stundžytė, who took the Lithuanian Champion title in 2023, is part of the team. Coffee that's delicate, adventurous, and unapologetically structured.
