Bernardina Santa Juana
Summary
A rare specialty coffee from El Salvador, grown on the historic Santa Juana farm of the Pacas family. The Bernardina variety, discovered in 2012, has 70% Gesha genetics, giving it a floral, peachy, and elegant character. This lot is traditionally processed and sun-dried. It offers a delicate, clean, and complex cup with an acidity structure like an elegant aged white wine, buttery and oily body, and an aromatic profile of lilac, orange blossom, and honey. The long finish is peachy, floral, and luxurious.
