Bernardina Santa Juana (filter)
Summary
Bernardina is a rare coffee variety discovered in 2012 by agronomist Ruperto Bernardino Merche on a Café Pacas farm, and grown exclusively by the Pacas family. This lot from the historic Santa Juana farm is naturally processed, offering a delicate yet weighty cup with layered complexity. Floral aromatics of lilac, orange blossom and honey lead to a long, peachy finish with a buttery, oily texture and elegant acidity.
