Honduras/ethiopia Organic Esp. Blend
Summary
An organic espresso blend of two washed coffees: one from the Comsa cooperative in Honduras (Marcala) and one from the Shakisso farm in Ethiopia (Guji). The blend offers a balanced profile with bergamot aroma, stone fruit, cocoa, and citrus notes, complemented by caramel and chocolate sweetness from the Honduran component and fruitiness and floral tones from the Ethiopian. Grown at 1,550–1,800 masl, this espresso is lively and rounded, suitable for straight espresso or milk-based drinks.
