Organic espresso from Dimtu Tero Farm in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at 1800-2100 m by Getachew, who farms 151 hectares integrated with the surrounding natural forest and works with local outgrowers. Heirloom varieties, washed processing, light roast. The cup is delicate and juicy with floral aroma and notes of black tea, citrus and dried apricot. Certified organic (NOP, EU, JAS).
