Hinba Coffee Roasters is a Scottish specialty coffee roaster with Hebridean roots, born on the Isle of Seil in 2019. They roast SCA-graded single origin coffees every Monday and ship within a week—no blends, no shortcuts. Founder Fergus McCoss learned to roast from scratch after returning from Mallorca with a simple conviction: Scotland deserved better coffee. What started on a small island has grown into eight locations across Scotland, including coffee shops, a bakery, and their Glasgow roastery. Their seasonal selection rotates through traceable farms in Brazil, Peru, Uganda, and Colombia.
