Brazil, Donas is a single origin specialty coffee from an all-female farming collective (Bachião, Moraes & Oliveira) in the South of Minas Gerais, Brazil, grown at 1,060–1,260 metres above sea level. The variety is Red & Yellow Catucai and it undergoes a natural process where the cherry dries whole on raised beds. The coffee presents flavour notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and a clean orange finish. Roasted light to medium in Scotland by Hinba Coffee Roasters and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
