Kyar
Summary
Kyar is a washed coffee from the Ywangan region of Myanmar, produced by small local farmers. It is a Catuaí variety grown at 1500 meters. The cup is extremely sweet with a medium acidity reminiscent of green apple or pear, and sweetness of honey and milk chocolate. It is very mellow and juicy, suitable for all palates seeking a complex but not overly acidic or fruity coffee.
