Summary

Finca El Paraíso, in Piendamó, Cauca, Colombia, is a specialty coffee farm founded by producer Diego Bermúdez and managed by Daniel Bermúdez. This Geisha is grown at 1960 masl and processed naturally: overripe cherries are held in contact with the seed, disinfected with ozone, then given a 72-hour submerged, pressurized anaerobic fermentation with yeast before dehumidifier drying. Aromas of strawberry and rose; flavours of floral, strawberry, lychee and green tea. Recommended for filter brewing.
