Hatch is a specialty coffee roaster based in Markham, Canada, just north of Toronto. They roast a mix of core, seasonal, and rare coffees — something for the daily drinker and the curious collector alike. You can grab their beans online or snag a subscription for monthly deliveries. They also run workshops, sell cold drip concentrate, and have a Peak Series for the adventurous. Free shipping kicks in at three bags within Canada, and they ship internationally too. A solid option for anyone looking to explore beyond the usual without the pretence. Just good coffee, thoughtfully sourced and roasted.
