A quintessential Colombian coffee from El Carmen de Acevedo in Huila, grown by a close-knit group of producers associated with Raw Material and sourced as El Carmen from The Red Association. Roasted to a medium profile suited to both espresso and filter. In the cup it is classic and balanced with a little extra richness: soft red fruit, almondy sweetness and a biscuity edge reminiscent of cherry bakewell, smooth and creamy as espresso and clean and composed through filter.
