Ethiopia Limu
Summary
Washed Ethiopian coffee from Limu Woreda, Oromia, grown by 560 smallholder farmers at 1500-1900 masl. Heirloom varieties are delivered to a central washing station, fermented in cement tanks for around 24 hours, washed through channels and dried on raised beds. Bright and refreshing with citrus and florals: zesty lime, juicy apricot and soft caramel for a smooth, elegant cup. Brews well as filter for a light, delicate expression or as espresso, black or through milk.
