Summary
A naturally processed organic Ethiopian coffee from the Kayon Mountain Farm, owned by the Aredo family in the Shakiso district of East Guji, Oromia region. Grown at 1900–2200 meters elevation, this single origin coffee offers a fruity and elegant profile with notes of bergamot, strawberry jam, and vanilla. The farm spans 500 hectares with approximately 300 hectares planted in coffee, using shade from acacia and indigenous trees, and processes coffee using the natural method with sun drying on raised beds.
