The coffee is naturally dried and decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate (EA) process, which preserves the original flavor profile. Grown at 1950-2100 meters altitude, featuring Kurume and Wolisho varieties. The cup profile is mild and balanced with notes of orange, milk chocolate, and Brazil nut.
