Etiopien Guji Hambela Decaf (natural Process)
Summary
Single-origin decaffeinated organic coffee from the Guji region in southern Ethiopia, specifically from the village of Dimtu Tora. Produced by the Hambela Wamena washing station established in 2022. The coffee is naturally dried and decaffeinated using the ethyl acetate (EA) process, which preserves the original flavor profile. Grown at 1950-2100 meters altitude, featuring Kurume and Wolisho varieties. The cup profile is mild and balanced with notes of orange, milk chocolate, and Brazil nut.
