Summary
Etiopien Dimtu Tero Farm is a single origin coffee from the Guji zone in Ethiopia. Produced by Dimtu Tero Organic Farm, a well-known organic specialty coffee farm with its own washing station in the Odo Shakiso district. The coffee is wet-processed (washed) and grown at altitudes between 1,800 and 2,200 meters. It features a tea-like elegance with floral notes and a fine, elegant citrus acidity. The farm, established in 2016 by Getachew Zeleke, encompasses over 150 hectares of semi-forest land and collaborates with 416 local smallholder farmers. The coffee is characterized by notes of floral, mandarin, and black tea.
