Colombia Jairo Arcila Peach
Summary
An experimental nanolot from producer Jairo Arcila in Armenia, Quindio, Colombia. This Caturra coffee was fermented for 72 hours together with peaches and wine yeast (peach maceration), giving a striking profile reminiscent of delicate peach iced tea with notes of peach, cane sugar and white tea, plus a subtle hint of lime. Recommended for filter brewing.
