Candy Blast Decaf
Summary
Candy Blast Decaf is a decaffeinated filter coffee from Colombia, produced on the El Vergel farm in Tolima by Elias & Shady Bayter. It is made from Caturra and Colombia varieties grown at 1450-1600 meters above sea level. The coffee undergoes a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation and a watermelon co-fermentation, then is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. The cup offers juicy peach, refreshing watermelon and soft caramel, creating a light, playful and sweet fruit-drink-like experience.
