A washed Ethiopian coffee from Siko Washing Station in the Uraga Guji region. Around 500 local farmers contribute their harvests, resulting in a blend of heirloom varieties. Grown at 2100-2250 meters above sea level. Flavour profile includes peach, apricot jam, orange marmalade, and floral notes with a long, sweet finish. The coffee undergoes meticulous hand processing: handpicked cherries, fermentation for 24-72 hours, washing, density sorting, soaking, and drying for about 13 days.
