A natural processed coffee from the Danche washing station in the Gedeo region of Ethiopia, produced by around 400 smallholder farmers. Grown at 1950-2000 meters above sea level, it offers a mouth-filling sweetness with candy-like fruitiness, floral notes, lychee freshness, and a hint of dark chocolate. The coffee is dried whole for 2-3 weeks, resulting in a sweet and fruity profile. It works well with milk.
