Instant decaf coffee from Finca El Paraíso in Timbío, Cauca, Colombia, produced by Diego Samuel Bermudez and family at 1870 masl. Castillo variety, inoculated with a selected YN-09 yeast strain, fermented anaerobically, washed, and given a controlled thermal shock stage before sugarcane EA decaffeination. Freeze-dried light roast with notes of peach, lychee, apple and a creamy caramel finish. Sold as six single-serve 4 g pouches per box; dissolves in water or milk for espresso-style, drip, iced, latte or blended drinks.
