Summary

A washed coffee from the Kayanza region of Burundi, produced at the Remera Washing Station led by Picasso, Zephyrin, and Jeremiah. The coffee is of the Red Bourbon variety, grown at 1,850-2,100 meters above sea level. It features notes of mixed berries, whipped cream, and pink lady apple, with a silky-sweet texture and balanced acidity. The cherries were fermented for 12 hours wet and 12 hours dry, then dried on raised beds for 20-25 days.
