Summary
Ardi is a natural processed coffee from the Sidama region of Ethiopia, grown at 1750-1900 masl. It features Heirloom varieties and offers a flavour profile of mixed berries, ripe orange, blueberry, cherry, stewed stonefruit, and dark chocolate with a jammy texture. The coffee is processed at a mill in the Guji area of Sidama zone near Michicha and Kelenso Moconissa town. The name Ardi comes from a 4.4 million year old human fossil discovered in Ethiopia.
