Produced by Álvaro Antônio Pereira Coli, fourth-generation coffee farmer, the farm has been transitioning to specialty coffee since 2002 and has participated 29 times in Cup of Excellence competitions. This lot is Yellow Bourbon variety grown at 1200m altitude and processed using the pulped natural method. The flavour profile offers creamy body with notes of caramel, peach, vanilla and honey, complemented by a slightly acidic touch. Recommended for espresso brewing.
