A single-origin Ethiopian coffee from producer Bekele Yutute, grown on Dambi Farm in the Bensa Daye region of Sidama at 2000m elevation. The coffee is processed using the natural (dry) method and features the 74165 (Jarc) variety. Bekele Yutute's farms (Dambi, Murago, and Kokose) are organically farmed with sustainable practices, and his work earned a 4th place at the Cup of Excellence 2024. Tasting notes include strawberry, floral, peach, red grape, and lemon. Recommended for filter brewing.
